Travel Tips

Flight information

We recommend flying into and out of San Francisco International Airport (SFO), which is located about 14 mi/22.5 km away from the venue. You can take BART from the airport up to the Montgomery BART station. You can also use a ride-sharing app, such as Uber or Lyft, to travel to and from the airport. First-time users can take advantage of these promo codes: HITTHEROAD for $15 off Uber and 20LYFTPROMO for $20 off Lyft. Taxis and other private shuttle companies are readily available as well. Oakland (OAK) and San Jose (SJC) international airports are also in the area.

Lodging information

We recommend selecting accommodations close to the BART public transit system for easy access to the Springboard office and LinkedIn HQ via the Montgomery Street station.

Airbnb is an online marketplace that allows people to rent affordable and flexible short-term lodging options in private residences. It's a great way to experience the area like a local! If you have a friend or family member who already uses Airbnb, ask them to refer you and both of you will get credit.

The HotelTonight app is also a great way to find last-minute deals on hotels up to one week in advance of your stay. Use LIVETHENIGHT for your first booking to get $15 off.
